Here at Amber Myst Alternatives we are dedicated to bringing many different wellness modalities to our community. Below you will find events and workshops that do just that. You will also see that not only do we offer instruction in some of these workshops, we have also brought in others to help fulfill this goal. Chakra Balancing Yoga By Indra
The human body has many energy centers called Chakras. In Chakra Balancing Yoga our attention will be focused on the Main 7. When these energy centers are open and healthy, so are we--- physically, emotionally and in our relationships. When they are blocked through injury, trauma illness or disconnection from others, we are blocked from being our best selves.
This Workshop guides you through yoga poses and affirmations that open and balance the chakras. More than a series of exercises this is a complete mind-body-spirit practice.
Rooted in ancient teachings, Chakra Yoga is more relevant today than ever. At a time when many people feel disconnected from themselves and others, it can rejuvenate your heart to move you into the future with peace and joy.

Workshop Descriptions
Energy & Your Body
is a workshop designed to give understanding of how energy affects our physical wellbeing. It teaches how the energy meridians, our aura and chakras work together with our physical body. It also explains how our thoughts, words, and actions can also affect our Mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. This workshop teaches how other people’s energy affects us, and healthy use of our own personal power. This is an eight hour workshop.
Flower Essence and You
is a workshop designed to give understanding about how flower essences work with over all wellness. There is in-class instruction on how you will determine which flower essences are what you need. There will be class instructions on how to put them together and where to get them. There will also be instruction on how to find patterns in your life that can be addressed with flower essences. We will be covering the use of positive affirmations with the flower essences and daily life, and much, much more. This is a eight hour workshop.
Reiki Training
Reiki means, Rei=Spiritually Guided, and Ki= Life Force Energy. It is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique.
At the end of this course you will be a Reiki Practitioner and able to use your Reiki for personal or professional purposes. You will receive your Reiki I & II certificate and a copy of your Reiki lineage, which can be used as verifiable credentials. We will cover the following during the class and more......
* Understanding Reiki and where it came from
* Using Reiki hand positions
* Gassho meditation
* Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed
* Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field,
* Using Reiki for clearing objects of negative energy
* The Reiki II symbols, and how to use them
* Using Reiki to rid unwanted habits.

* How to Giving a complete Reiki Session on your self and others

* Things to consider for a successful Reiki practice.

At the end of this course you will be an Advanced Reiki Practitioner. We will cover the following during the class. * The Advanced Attunement, * The Usui Master symbol which will strengthen the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols, * Advanced Techniques for using Reiki, * Using Reiki for protection, * Using Crystals and Stones in your Reiki practice, * Using Reiki for sending continuous Reiki, * Reiki aura clearing to remove negative psychic energy from yourself and others, * Reiki Moving Meditation, * and more. There will be plenty of in class instruction, practice time, and discussion. Included with the Class you will receive Your Advanced Reiki certificate and a small Advanced Reiki Training manual along with some other handouts. This is a eight hour workshop
At the end of this course you will be a Reiki Master with verifiable lineage. You will also be able to attune others. You will gain the tidal of Reiki Master / Teacher, after teaching your first Reiki class, and attuning your first students.

Herbal Class (hands on)
This class is designed to show you how to integrate herbs in everyday life. You will be doing hands on training in this class and will be walking away with products such as salves, tinctures etc.
Intuitive Development
This class will show you how everyone has intuition and how to use it ethically in everyday life. We will be going over how to protect yourself and many different forms of divination.
Essential Oils for Practical Use
This class will touch briefly on aroma therapy, topical application, and essential oil blends. You will take away from this class practical use of oils and your own personal blend.
